The center candle is for Loki. I find it deeply and inappropriately amusing that his is the lowest flame.
The others are for Sigyn, Angrboða, and the children, with one in the corner for all his unknown lovers and descendants.
Balance
I talk about Loki a lot, and other deities not much at all. But in fact Sigyn is just as important to me as Loki is. They come as a set, most of the time; not always together, but never far from each other.
