Is this thing on?

Wow… I’m actually really nervous about this. Talk about stepping right up to the edge of the deep end, and then jumping right in with both feet without testing the waters first.

Anyhoo… this place is very much still under construction, and a work in progress, and all that entails. I’m sure I will occasionally stumble, post erroneous information, or inevitably screw something up, but if/when I do so, please just politely let me know – I’m more than happy to fix/apologize, do whatever I need to do, to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I can’t do that if you don’t tell me though, so don’t be shy!

Along that same line of thought – debates and discussion may happen from time to time. Those sorts of things are healthy and promote learning and growing, but lets try our best to be civilized about it. If you can’t get your point across without being hateful/abusive/mocking towards others, then I’ll probably have to ask you to go play elsewhere.

We do have a resource list!! It’s woefully short at the moment, so if you know of great resources for ANYTHING (seriously… pretty much anything at this point) feel free to let me know. These can be local or national, or even international, the more the better.

Other than that, I tend to be very sporadic about posting things sometimes, but that doesn’t mean I’m not around somewhere, so feel free to poke me if you need anything.

PS… guess open for discussion a bit. Due to the nature of this blog and the potential for a large portion of the posts to be triggering to someone, I’m not sure exactly how tagging will go. I don’t necessarily want to have to tag every post with “trigger warning” all over the place, but I also don’t want to alienate anyone so I guess, if there are things that you think need warnings let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
